Refund Policy
This page describes how Ion Pulse handles refunds for paid subscription plans.
Subscription Charges
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis, depending on the selected billing interval.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal of your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing, cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed individually. If you believe a charge was incorrect or unauthorized, contact us promptly with account and payment details so we can investigate.
